  • Maximum advance of equity per single deal l is £2 million
  • Equity investor requires coupon of £15% plus profit share between 40-50% (target IRR of 35%)

This means that

A Developer can gain valuable experience on a quality site with minimum cash contribution, ie, to carry out a project of £25m GDV (total costs £20m) the Developer only needs to input £400k of own capital
