Mezzanine Funding
Mezzanine funding can often be used as a top-up loan in conjunction with Senior Debt financing and is available for developers needing more cash to complete a project.
Typically a greater percentage can be borrowed than Bridging, often up to 90% of project costs, and Mezzanine can be used as part of the strategy, however, we would always scrutinise the overall cost of lending on a project before proceeding on this route.
